HOW WE DO IT

Consult

The first step in the project process is to schedule a consultation. Listening to you is the foundation on which we build. It is the first, and most important step. We will get an idea of why you’re revovating or building, your desired result and budget. This meeting is crucial and we will gather as much information as possible while getting to know each other. This is the dreaming phase and we will work together to arrive at a plan and a product that will add value and joy to your home for years to come.

Design

Having established the scope of the project we will begin the design process. We can work with a designer that you have or we can provide that service. We will complete all of our preparatory work then meet with you to discuss any needed changes to our original concept. Once a plan is agreed to we will begin the design process which will be a collaborative effort as we move toward realizing your dream. As we close in on a finished design we can provide a more accurate estimate for the entire project.

Throughout the design process, we will provide you with information about current trends in building materials helping you to make informed decisions about the products you choose for your home. This can be an overwhelming task so we are happy to help coordinate.

Build

The Plans Revealed team will meet to go over every aspect of your project. Each player will have a thorough understanding of their role and the desired outcome. After construction begins we will meet regularly with you to keep you appraised of timelines and progress. Any trades that are required on site will be supervised and all work will be completed to the highest level of quality.
